Why do you require three signatures?
A single signature can be affected by a slip, a bad pen or a hurried moment. Three natural repeats let us focus on what is stable and genuinely yours.
Is my uploaded image stored?
No. Your photo is processed in memory and deleted immediately. We keep only a non-identifying fingerprint and the reading itself.
Can the report determine whether a signature is forged?
No. Authenticity and forgery require a qualified forensic examiner with the original document. This reading is for self-reflection only.
What happens if my photograph is unclear?
We tell you before charging and ask for a clearer photo. We never guess strokes we cannot see, so you are never charged for a reading we cannot support.
How long does the analysis take?
Only a few minutes. Your report appears on screen when it is ready, and you can download it as a PDF.
Can I download the finished report?
Yes. Every reading can be read online and downloaded as a clean, professionally structured PDF to keep.
What does the confidence rating mean?
It shows how strongly the evidence supports each point. Confidence is higher when a feature repeats across all three signatures, and lower when the evidence is thin — so you always know how much weight to give a reading.
Can I request a refund if the image cannot be analysed?
You are only charged once a report is produced. Our quality check runs before any credits are used, so an unreadable photo does not cost you anything. For anything else, the Privacy & Refund policy in the footer explains how requests are handled.
