• Graphic violence or non-consensual intimate imagery

🚫 Misinformation & Deception

• Claiming readings/tools are professional advice
• Spreading health misinformation (e.g., telling someone to stop medication)
• Impersonating staff, experts, or other users
• Fake reviews or testimonials

🚫 Spam & Exploitation

• Repetitive promotional or irrelevant content
• MLM schemes, phishing, malware links
• Automated posting without authorization
• Soliciting users for external commercial services

🚫 IP Violations

• Posting copyrighted content you don't own
• Redistributing premium Kriyasya content in community

• Kriyasya is an adults-only service. Anyone under 18 must not create an account or use community features unless Kriyasya has expressly enabled a separate, verified guardian-consent flow.
• Do not solicit, publish or exchange a minor's personal information, and do not upload images of minors anywhere on the Platform.
• Report suspected child-safety issues immediately to [email protected]. Illegal child sexual-abuse material and credible threats may be reported to authorities.

• AI experts are automated and can be inaccurate, incomplete or fabricated. They are not human professionals, therapists, doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, religious authorities or emergency services.
• Verified human experts are independent practitioners. Verification reflects checks of information supplied at onboarding and is not a guarantee of qualifications, licensing, accuracy, safety, outcomes or conduct.
• Users must not harass, threaten, manipulate reviews, retaliate against an expert or reviewer, share private consultation information, or solicit off-platform contact or payment to avoid platform fees.
• Experts must stay within their approved scope, must not diagnose, guarantee outcomes or misrepresent credentials, and must protect consultation confidentiality. Experts must disclose material conflicts, sponsorships and affiliations, avoid off-platform solicitation, and direct crisis situations to appropriate emergency resources.
• Report inappropriate expert conduct, unsafe advice or suspected policy breaches to [email protected].

• LIV and other AI features are artificial intelligence, not people, therapists or crisis services. Do not treat AI output as professional advice or rely on it for emergencies.
• Do not use prompts or messages to elicit harmful, abusive or illegal content, create dependency, impersonate a real person, bypass safety controls, or manipulate the system through prompt injection.
• Do not upload passwords, secrets, highly sensitive information or another person's personal data unless you have a lawful basis and consent. AI inputs may be processed by disclosed AI providers.

• Only authorised members may use an organisation workspace. Do not share credentials, invite unauthorised users, exceed seat limits or cross tenant boundaries.
• Organisation administrators are responsible for lawful enrolment, access management and member conduct. They may receive usage analytics such as seats, credits and per-member counts; they must use that information lawfully, securely and fairly, and must not infer or make decisions about sensitive religious beliefs, health or other protected characteristics from usage.
• Members must respect their organisation's policies and other users' confidentiality. Organisation access does not authorise surveillance, coercion, discrimination or unauthorised review of another member's content.

• Upload only your own image or an image you are expressly permitted to submit. Never upload a minor's image, intimate image, doxxing material or private information without the person's consent and lawful basis.
• Image and vision tools do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. Do not use their outputs to identify, rank or profile a person, or for hiring, employment, lending, insurance, tenancy, legal, medical or other high-impact decisions.
• Respect privacy in screenshots, recordings, consultation files and community posts. Remove unnecessary names, contact details, credentials and other sensitive information before sharing.

• You retain ownership. By posting, you grant Kriyasya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform.
• Request deletion anytime: [email protected] (removed within 7–14 days).
• We may remove violating content without notice.

Email [email protected] with subject "Conduct Report." Include: description, username, screenshots, date/time. Reviewed within 48 hours. Reporter identity kept confidential.

Severe violations escalate directly. Decisions final. One appeal allowed within 14 days via [email protected].

• Kriyasya reserves the right to monitor and remove content at any time.
• We are an "intermediary" under IT Act Section 2(w) and claim safe-harbour under Section 79.
