• "Platform" — kriyasya.com and all subdomains including academy.kriyasya.com, experts.kriyasya.com, kriyasya.com/shop, and all tool sections (numerology, astrology, tarot, fitness, yoga, mind-and-wellbeing, self-counselling, devotional, spiritual, religion, remedies, ayurveda, guided-meditation, sound-and-music, psychoeducation, palmistry, face-reading, drawing- and signature-analysis, home-life & utility tools, games, utility, the Store (physical products such as gemstone/energised bracelets, rudraksha and pooja items), Academy (courses/ebooks), Pulse (articles/content), and any future sections).
• "Scripture Worlds" — the religion and devotional sections that present sacred texts, prayers, translations and daily readings from various faith traditions (currently including Sikh, Islamic, Christian, Buddhist and Jain material), offered respectfully as study and practice aids.
• "Image / Vision Analysis" — tools that accept an uploaded image and return a traditional-interpretation or design reading, including face reading, palmistry, signature/handwriting, drawing, logo and wrist-watch analysis. These tools do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
• "AI-Assisted Features" — any feature whose output is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (including third-party AI providers), such as readings, chat replies, summaries, report generation and image analysis.
• "Credits" — non-refundable, non-transferable prepaid units, and any time-boxed access passes, used to access AI, vision and expert features as described in the Privacy & Refund Policy.
• "Content" — text, images, audio, video, tools, calculators, readings, reports, courses, ebooks, games, and any other material on the Platform.
• "Services" — all digital tools, membership access, courses, ebooks, consultations, products, games, community features, and expert listings on the Platform.
• "Membership" — any paid subscription plan granting access to premium features.
• "User Content" — any content, data, or information you submit through the Platform.
• "Kriyasya Parties" — Kriyasya and its proprietor, owners, founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, moderators, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, and its technology, payment, hosting, AI and other service providers and licensors. Where these Terms limit or exclude Kriyasya's liability, or provide for indemnification or disclaimers, they apply equally and for the benefit of all Kriyasya Parties.

• Kriyasya is intended for adults aged 18 and above. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
• Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, anyone under 18 is a "child," and processing a child's personal data requires verifiable parental/guardian consent. As we do not operate a verifiable parental-consent mechanism, the Platform is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
• By continuing, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it (contact [email protected]).
• We do not carry out behavioural tracking of, or targeted advertising directed at, children.

• Premium access requires email-based OTP authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your access credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and may not share membership access.
• We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use or Terms violations.

• Plans, pricing, features, and trial offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Current pricing is displayed at time of purchase.
• We may introduce, modify, or discontinue tiers, trials, or promotions at our sole discretion.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Your membership must be active to use your credits, World Passes and Premium tools. If your membership lapses, access to these is paused while the validity period of any World Pass or tool pass continues to run (it is not paused or extended); access resumes when you renew, for any remaining pass days. Free tools require only that you are signed in.

• The Kriyasya name, logo, and marks are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Original content

• All tool interfaces, designs, code, algorithms, session scripts, course material, marketing copy, and UI elements are original works created by or for Kriyasya and are protected by copyright.
• Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our content (including tool outputs, course videos, and reports) is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

Traditional & public-domain sources

• Numerology interpretations are based on traditional Pythagorean, Chaldean, and Lo Shu systems — centuries-old bodies of knowledge in the public domain. Our unique expression, presentation, and algorithmic implementation are original.
• Tarot card symbolism derives from the Rider-Waite-Smith system (published 1910, public domain). Our spreads, interpretations, algorithms, and UI are original.
• Astrology calculations use standard Vedic/sidereal astronomical formulas. Our engine implementation, reports, and presentation are original.
• Scripture texts (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Mahabharata, stotras) are ancient works in the public domain. Where we use compiled datasets, appropriate open-data licences are honoured (e.g., ODbL for DharmicData).
• Ayurveda, yoga, and fitness content is based on traditional knowledge and established science. Our specific implementations, guided scripts, and tool designs are original.

If you believe your content has been used

If you believe that copyrighted material you own appears on our Platform without authorization, please send a notice to [email protected] with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on our Platform where the material appears
• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that your notice is accurate (making a false claim may expose you to liability)

We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If the claim is valid, the content will be removed or attributed as appropriate.

If your content has been copied FROM us

• If you find Kriyasya content reproduced without permission on another website, please notify us at [email protected]. We will pursue appropriate action including DMCA takedown notices, Google removal requests, and legal remedies.
• Repeat infringers of our copyright will be reported to hosting providers and search engines.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission;
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Post defamatory, obscene, harassing, or illegal content;
• Share, resell, or redistribute membership access or premium content;
• Use tool outputs commercially without authorization;
• Upload any image of another person without their consent, or any image of a minor, or use Image / Vision Analysis to profile, identify, or make decisions about any other individual;
• Treat scripture, prayers or sacred texts disrespectfully, or misrepresent Platform content as an official religious ruling or authority.

• Pulse is Kriyasya's content section (articles, blogs, guides and related media). Where offered, Pulse content is for general information and education only, is not professional advice, and may be created, edited or summarised with AI assistance — so it may contain errors or omissions.
• If and when Pulse allows user-generated content (comments, posts or submissions), you retain ownership of what you submit but grant Kriyasya a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute it on and in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for your submissions and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or that violates the Community & User Conduct policy.
• We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove any user content at our discretion and without notice, and may suspend accounts that misuse this feature. In respect of user content we act as an intermediary and are not responsible for opinions expressed by users.
• Any sponsored, affiliate, or promotional material will be identified as such where required by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party websites or content.

• The Platform integrates with Graphy, Shopify, PayU, Razorpay, YouTube, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and others.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or availability.

• Kriyasya Experts provides AI experts (automated guidance powered by artificial intelligence) and, where enabled, verified human experts. Human and AI identities are always clearly distinguished.
• All expert guidance is for reflection, education and general wellbeing only and is not professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. AI experts can be inaccurate and are not a substitute for a qualified professional or an emergency service.
• For human-expert consultations, Kriyasya acts as an intermediary/technology platform that facilitates discovery, booking, communication and payment. Human experts are independent — not employees or agents of Kriyasya — and the advice is theirs, not ours. Verification means we checked provided information at onboarding; it is not a guarantee of qualifications, quality or outcomes.
• AI consultations are charged per message and live human consultations per minute, in credits; scheduled bookings are prepaid. Cancellation, reschedule and no-show outcomes are as shown at booking and in the Experts policy. Audio/video sessions are not recorded without the required participants' consent.
• Individuals and organisations who provide services as experts are subject to an additional Expert Agreement (independent contractor; verification; approved scope; platform commission with a default 30%/70% split; earnings, payouts and tax responsibility; conduct; suspension) set out in the Experts policy.
• Some pages may show legacy informational listings compiled from public sources; any listed person may request unconditional removal within 48 hours by emailing [email protected].
• Any engagement between a user and a human expert is between those parties; Kriyasya is not a party to the advisory relationship and accepts no liability for the substance of an expert's advice. For the complete terms, see the Experts Marketplace & Expert Agreement.

• LIV is an AI companion ("AI friend") you can name and personalise. It is artificial intelligence, not a human, and it can be inaccurate or fabricate information.
• LIV is not a therapist, counsellor, doctor or emergency service and creates no professional relationship. It is for companionship, reflection and general conversation only. If you are in distress or crisis, LIV will point you to emergency and helpline resources — contact your local emergency services or a helpline immediately.
• To provide continuity, LIV may remember details you share across conversations. You can view, reset or delete your companion and its memory, and exercise your data rights, as described in the Privacy Policy. Conversations are processed using AI providers as described there.
• LIV conversations may consume credits. Do not rely on LIV for important decisions, and do not share information you would not want processed by AI services.
• You must not use LIV to generate unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing content, or attempt to make it impersonate a real person.

• Kriyasya may provide organisation access — a branded portal through which an organisation makes selected Kriyasya tools/worlds available to its authorised members ("seats") using a shared credit allocation, for a defined term.
• The organisation is the administrator of its account. It is responsible for who it invites, for its members' use, for the accuracy of member details, for its permitted seat count and allocation, and for having the authority and lawful basis to enrol its members. Access to a member's account requires that member's email to be linked to the organisation by its administrator.
• An organisation administrator can see usage and analytics for the organisation's members (for example seats used, credits consumed and per-member usage counts) for administration and billing. Members are informed of this through this clause and the Privacy Policy; do not use organisation tools for anything you do not want visible to your organisation's administrator.
• Organisation access, seats, allocated credits and enabled worlds are time-boxed and may be suspended or end on expiry or non-payment; on expiry, member access to organisation-funded features stops. Allocated/organisation credits are non-refundable and non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Members using organisation access remain bound by these Terms, the Disclaimers and the Community & User Conduct policy. Commercial terms for an organisation (pricing, seats, term, support) are set out in the applicable order or agreement with that organisation.
• A network-exposed organisation portal uses email one-time-code (OTP) authentication; the organisation and its members are responsible for the security of their email accounts and devices.

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
• All tools and content are for entertainment, education, and self-reflection only — not professional advice.

• No uptime guarantee: While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access to the Platform. Downtime may occur due to server maintenance, hosting provider issues, technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Extended outages: If the Platform is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible. Extended outages do not entitle users to refunds but may, at our sole discretion, result in membership extensions equivalent to the downtime period.
• Hosting & infrastructure: The Platform relies on third-party hosting providers and infrastructure services. We are not liable for failures, outages, data loss, or security breaches caused by our hosting provider, payment processors, CDN, or any other third-party infrastructure provider.
• Data security: We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach caused by external actors (hackers, malware, hosting-level compromises), we will:
  • Notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable (within 72 hours where required by law)
  • Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach
  • Cooperate with authorities as required
  We are not liable for damages resulting from breaches caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, email account, and login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your compromised email or device.
• Force majeure: Kriyasya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, internet/telecom infrastructure failures, hosting provider outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or acts of third parties.
• Resolution commitment: In the event of any service disruption, we commit to making good-faith, reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate status updates to affected users via email or on-Platform notices.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kriyasya Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, however arising.
• The total aggregate liability of the Kriyasya Parties, taken together, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kriyasya in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
• This applies regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if a Kriyasya Party was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Kriyasya Parties are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, content or conduct of any independent expert, third-party service, other user, or organisation, nor for decisions you make based on any tool, reading, AI output or consultation.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by proven gross negligence, or for fraud). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Kriyasya Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms or any policy; your violation of any law or any third-party right; any User Content, image or material you submit; or, if you are an expert or organisation, the services you provide and your interactions with users.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice.
• You may stop using the Platform at any time. No refund for unused portions.
• Surviving provisions include IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law.

• Governed by the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Delhi, India.
• Before legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution via [email protected] for at least 30 days.

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy & Refund Policy, Transaction & Service Terms, Community & User Conduct Policy, and Disclaimers, form the entire agreement.
