• What we sell: traditional spiritual/faith items such as gemstone and energised bracelets, rudraksha, gemstones, yantras and pooja items. These are sourced from third-party vendors/artisans and dispatched to you; we make reasonable efforts to deliver them in good condition and to describe them accurately.
• Natural variation: colour, size, cut, clarity, bead count and finish vary naturally between authentic gemstones and botanical items; minor variation from photographs is normal and is not a defect.
• Shipping & delivery: we ship within India (international only where expressly stated). Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and shown on the product page; delays caused by couriers, remote locations, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you on handoff to the carrier.
• No refunds. Consistent with our No-Refund Policy, all sales of physical products are final and no cash refunds are given.
• Damaged or wrong item: if an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID to [email protected]. Where verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion (subject to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law).
• No supernatural, medical, astrological or "guaranteed outcome" claims are made for any product; see the Disclaimers (§5A).

• AI experts are charged per message and live human experts per minute, in credits; scheduled bookings are prepaid at the price shown. A live request that no expert accepts within the connection window is not charged.
• For human-expert services Kriyasya acts as an intermediary/technology platform that facilitates booking, communication and payment; experts are independent and the advice is theirs. Payments to experts are settled per the platform commission split (default 30%/70%).
• Cancellation / reschedule / no-show: a scheduled booking cancelled before the stated cut-off is refunded to credits; after the cut-off a partial or no refund applies as shown at booking; no-shows may be forfeited; if the expert fails to attend or a genuine technical failure prevents connection, credits are refunded.
• Audio/video sessions are not recorded without the required participants' consent.
