अर्थ: हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो! हे स्वामी, आपकी जय हो! आप अपने भक्तों और सेवकों के सभी संकटों को पल भर में दूर कर देते हैं। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

Hail to You, Lord of the Universe! Hail to You, O Master! You instantly remove the troubles of Your devotees and servants. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: जो भी आपका ध्यान करता है, वह फल पाता है और उसके मन का दुःख दूर हो जाता है। हे स्वामी, उसके मन का दुःख दूर हो जाता है। उसके घर में सुख-संपत्ति आती है और शरीर के कष्ट मिट जाते हैं। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

Whoever meditates upon You receives blessings, and the sorrow of their mind vanishes. O Master, the sorrow of their mind vanishes. Happiness and prosperity come to their home, and physical ailments are relieved. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: आप ही मेरे माता-पिता हैं, मैं किसकी शरण में जाऊँ? हे स्वामी, मैं किसकी शरण में जाऊँ? आपके बिना मेरा कोई दूसरा नहीं है, मैं किसकी आशा करूँ? हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

You are my Mother and Father; to whom else shall I seek refuge? O Master, to whom else shall I seek refuge? Without You, there is no other; upon whom else shall I place my hopes? Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: आप ही पूर्ण परमात्मा हैं, आप ही सबके अन्तर्यामी हैं। हे स्वामी, आप ही अन्तर्यामी हैं। आप ही परब्रह्म परमेश्वर हैं, आप ही सबके स्वामी हैं। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

You are the complete Supreme Soul, You are the indweller of all hearts. O Master, You are the indweller of all hearts. You are the Supreme Brahman, the Supreme Lord, You are the Master of all. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: आप करुणा के सागर हैं, आप ही पालन करने वाले हैं। हे स्वामी, आप ही पालन करने वाले हैं। मैं मूर्ख, दुष्ट और कामी हूँ, मैं आपका सेवक हूँ और आप मेरे पालनहार हैं। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

You are the ocean of compassion, You are the sustainer. O Master, You are the sustainer. I am foolish, wicked, and lustful; I am Your servant, and You are my protector. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: आप एक अगोचर (अदृश्य) सत्ता हैं, आप ही सबके प्राणों के स्वामी हैं। हे स्वामी, आप ही सबके प्राणों के स्वामी हैं। हे दयामय, मैं कुबुद्धि वाला आपको किस विधि से प्राप्त करूँ? हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

You are the one unseen, the Lord of all life breaths. O Master, the Lord of all life breaths. How shall I, with my poor intellect, attain You, O Merciful One? Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: आप दीनों के बंधु हैं, दुःखों को हरने वाले हैं, आप ही मेरे ठाकुर हैं। हे स्वामी, आप ही मेरे ठाकुर हैं। अपने हाथ उठाकर मुझे सहारा दीजिए, मैं आपके द्वार पर पड़ा हूँ। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

Friend of the distressed, remover of sorrows, You are my Lord. O Master, You are my Lord. Extend Your hand and lift me up, for I lie at Your door. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: मेरे विषय-विकारों को मिटा दीजिए, हे देव, मेरे पापों को हर लीजिए। हे स्वामी, मेरे पापों को हर लीजिए। मेरी श्रद्धा और भक्ति को बढ़ाइए, और मुझे संतों की सेवा करने का अवसर दीजिए। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

Remove my worldly desires and vices, O Divine One, take away my sins. O Master, take away my sins. Increase my faith and devotion, and grant me service to the saints. Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: यह तन, मन, धन, सब कुछ आपका ही दिया हुआ है। हे स्वामी, सब कुछ आपका ही है। आपका ही आपको अर्पण कर रहा हूँ, इसमें मेरा क्या लगता है? हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!

This body, mind, and wealth – all belong to You. O Master, all belongs to You. I offer what is Yours back to You; what is mine in this? Hail to You, Lord of the Universe!

अर्थ: जो कोई भी इस जगदीश्वर की आरती गाता है, हे स्वामी, जो कोई भी गाता है, स्वामी शिवानंद कहते हैं कि वह सुख और संपत्ति प्राप्त करता है। हे जग के स्वामी, आपकी जय हो!
