श्री रामचन्द्र कृपालु भजमन हरण भवभय दारुणम्।
नवकंज लोचन कंज मुख कर कंज पद कंजारुणम्॥
कन्दर्प अगणित अमित छवि नव नील नीरद सुन्दरम्।
पटपीत मानहु तड़ित रुचि शुची नौमि जनक सुतावरम्॥
भजु दीनबन्धु दिनेश दानव दैत्यवंशनिकन्दनम्।
रघुनन्द आनन्दकन्द कोशलचन्द दशरथनन्दनम्॥
शिर मुकुट कुंडल तिलक चारु उदारु अंग विभूषणम्।
आजानुभुज शर चापधर सङ्ग्राम जित खरदूषणम्॥
इति वदति तुलसीदास शंकर शेष मुनि मन रञ्जनम्।
मम हृदय कंज निवास कुरु कामादि खलदल गञ्जनम्॥

अर्थ: हे मन, कृपालु श्री रामचंद्र का भजन करो, जो संसार के भयानक भय को हरते हैं।
O mind, worship compassionate Shri Ramchandra, who removes the terrible fear of worldly existence.
अर्थ: उनकी आंखें, मुख, हाथ और चरण कमल के समान सुंदर और अरुणिमा से युक्त हैं।
His eyes, face, hands, and feet are as beautiful as lotuses, glowing with a reddish radiance.
अर्थ: उनकी सुंदरता अनगिनत कामदेवों से भी अधिक है, और वे नए नीले बादल जैसे मनोहर हैं।
His beauty surpasses countless Cupids, and he is lovely like a fresh dark-blue rain cloud.
अर्थ: वे पीले वस्त्र पहने हैं जो बिजली की चमक जैसे लगते हैं; मैं जनक पुत्री सीता के प्रिय प्रभु को प्रणाम करता हूँ।
