जय गौ माता, जय गौ माता, मैया जय गौ माता |
तुमको निशदिन ध्यावत, सुर नर मुनि जन त्राता ||
सुरभि कामधेनु गौ माता, मैया जय गौ माता |
तुमसे ही जीवन पाया, तुम ही हो जग त्राता ||
तुम्हारे दूध से मैया, बालक पुष्ट हो जाते |
घी से हवन यज्ञ होते, देव सभी हर्षते ||
गोबर से उपले बनते, ईंधन का काम आते |
गोमूत्र से औषधि बनती, रोग सभी मिट जाते ||
तुमसे ही धन धान्य मैया, खेतों में लहराते |
तुमसे ही सुख शांति मैया, घर-घर में छा जाते ||
जो कोई तेरी सेवा करता, वो भवसागर तर जाता |
तेरी कृपा से मैया, मोक्ष को वो पाता ||
यह आरती जो कोई गावे, सुख संपत्ति घर आवे |
कष्ट मिटे सब तन के, अंत में मुक्ति पावे ||

अर्थ: जय हो गौ माता की, जय हो गौ माता की, हे मैया गौ माता की जय हो! देवता, मनुष्य और मुनिजन सभी दिन-रात आपका ही ध्यान करते हैं, क्योंकि आप ही सबकी रक्षक हैं।
Victory to Mother Cow, victory to Mother Cow, O Mother Cow, victory to You! Gods, humans, and sages meditate upon You day and night, for You are the protector of all beings.
अर्थ: हे सुरभि, कामधेनु गौ माता, हे मैया गौ माता की जय हो! हमने आपसे ही जीवन प्राप्त किया है, आप ही इस जगत की पालनहार और रक्षक हैं।
O Surabhi, the wish-fulfilling Kamdhenu Mother Cow, O Mother Cow, victory to You! We have received life itself from You; You are indeed the sustainer and protector of this world.
अर्थ: हे मैया, आपके दूध से बालक पुष्ट और बलवान होते हैं। आपके घी से हवन और यज्ञ संपन्न होते हैं, जिससे सभी देवता प्रसन्न होते हैं।
O Mother, by Your milk, children become nourished and strong. With Your ghee, sacred fire rituals (Havan and Yagya) are performed, which delight all the deities.
अर्थ: आपके गोबर से उपले बनते हैं, जो ईंधन के काम आते हैं। आपके गोमूत्र से औषधियाँ बनती हैं, जिनसे सभी रोग दूर हो जाते हैं।
From Your dung, fuel cakes are made, which serve as fuel. From Your urine, medicines are prepared, which eradicate all diseases.
अर्थ: हे मैया, आपसे ही खेतों में धन-धान्य लहलहाते हैं। आपसे ही सुख और शांति हर घर में व्याप्त हो जाती है।
O Mother, it is from You that wealth and grains flourish in the fields. It is from You that happiness and peace pervade every home.
अर्थ: जो कोई भी आपकी सेवा करता है, वह इस संसार रूपी भवसागर को पार कर जाता है। हे मैया, आपकी कृपा से वह मोक्ष को प्राप्त करता है।
Whoever serves You, crosses the ocean of worldly existence (Bhavsagar). O Mother, by Your grace, they attain liberation (Moksha).
अर्थ: जो कोई भी इस आरती को गाता है, उसके घर में सुख और संपत्ति आती है। शरीर के सभी कष्ट मिट जाते हैं और अंत में वह मुक्ति प्राप्त करता है।
Whoever sings this Aarti, happiness and prosperity come to their home. All bodily sufferings are removed, and ultimately, they attain liberation.
