अर्थ: ॐ, हे भगवान नरसिंह, आपकी जय हो! हे प्रभु नरसिंह, आपकी जय हो! आप खंभ को फाड़कर प्रकट हुए और भक्तों के कष्टों को हरते हैं।
Om, Hail to Lord Narsingh! O Lord Narsingh, Hail to You! You manifested by tearing open a pillar and remove the sufferings of Your devotees.
अर्थ: पापी हिरण्यकश्यप अत्यंत अहंकार करता था। वह अपने भक्त प्रहलाद को प्रतिदिन कष्ट देता था।
The sinful Hiranyakashyap was filled with immense ego. He constantly tormented his devotee Prahlad.
अर्थ: आप खंभ से प्रकट हुए, आपका शरीर अत्यंत विकराल था। आपने हिरण्यकश्यप को मारकर अपने भक्त के कष्टों को हर लिया।
You appeared from the pillar, possessing a terrifying form. You slew Hiranyakashyap and removed the devotee's distress.
अर्थ: उग्र रूप धारण करके, आप महाबली हैं। आप अपने भक्तों के संकटों को पल भर में दूर कर देते हैं।
Assuming a fierce form, You are immensely powerful. You dispel the troubles of Your devotees in an instant.
अर्थ: आपने भक्त प्रहलाद की भक्ति को स्वीकार किया। आप दीन-दुखियों के संकटों को दूर करते हैं।
You accepted the devotion of Prahlad. You remove the difficulties of the poor and distressed.
अर्थ: जो कोई भी भगवान नरसिंह जी की यह आरती गाता है, वह सुख-संपत्ति प्राप्त करता है और इस भवसागर से पार हो जाता है।
