हरि-हिय-कमल-विहारिणि, सुन्दर सुपुनीते॥
कर्म-सुमर्म-प्रकाशिनि, कामासक्ति-हारिणि।
तत्त्व-ज्ञान-विकासिनि, पावन प्रेम-तारिणि॥
स्वार्थ-त्याग सिखावनि, भक्ति-भाव-भरपूरिणि।
मोह-नाशक, सुख-दायिनि, ज्ञान-ज्योति-पूरिणि॥
शम-दम-नियम-पालिनि, भव-भय-भ्रम-हारिणि।
सत्त्व-गुण-प्रकाशिनी, दुर्मति-दोष-निवारिणि॥
असुर-भाव-विनाशिनि, दैवी-सम्पद्-दायिनि।
सच्चिदानन्द-रूपिणि, मुक्ति-मार्ग-प्रदायिनि॥
शान्ति-सुधा-वर्षिणि, ताप-त्रय-शम-कारिणि।
अनादि-ब्रह्म-रूपिणि, मोक्ष-फल-प्रसारिणि॥
ज्ञान-गंगा-जल-धारिणि, पाप-ताप-निवारिणि।
श्रद्धा-भक्ति-प्रदायिनि, भव-सागर-तारिणि॥
आरती करें जो कोई, श्रद्धा-प्रेम-सहित।
पावन होवे मन उसका, पावे परम गति॥

अर्थ: हे भगवद् गीता, आपकी जय हो, आपकी जय हो! आप भगवान हरि के हृदय कमल में विहार करने वाली, अत्यंत सुंदर और पवित्र हैं।
Hail Bhagavad Gita, hail Bhagavad Gita! You reside in the lotus heart of Lord Hari, beautiful and supremely pure.
अर्थ: आप कर्म के गूढ़ रहस्य को प्रकाशित करने वाली और कामनाओं की आसक्ति को हरने वाली हैं। आप तत्वज्ञान का विकास करने वाली और पवित्र प्रेम से तारने वाली हैं।
You illuminate the profound secret of action and remove attachment to desires. You foster the development of true knowledge and deliver us through sacred love.
अर्थ: आप स्वार्थ का त्याग सिखाने वाली, भक्ति भाव से परिपूर्ण करने वाली हैं। आप मोह का नाश करने वाली, सुख प्रदान करने वाली और ज्ञान की ज्योति से परिपूर्ण करने वाली हैं।
You teach the renunciation of selfishness and fill us with devotion. You destroy delusion, bestow happiness, and are full of the light of wisdom.
अर्थ: आप शम (मन का निग्रह), दम (इंद्रियों का निग्रह) और नियमों का पालन कराने वाली हैं, तथा संसार के भय और भ्रम को हरने वाली हैं। आप सत्त्व गुण को प्रकाशित करने वाली और दुर्बुद्धि तथा दोषों का निवारण करने वाली हैं।
You uphold self-control, sense-control, and spiritual disciplines, and you dispel the fear and illusion of worldly existence. You manifest the quality of Sattva (goodness) and remove evil thoughts and flaws.
अर्थ: आप आसुरी भावों का विनाश करने वाली और दैवी संपदा प्रदान करने वाली हैं। आप सच्चिदानंद स्वरूपिणी हैं और मुक्ति का मार्ग दिखाने वाली हैं।
You destroy demonic tendencies and grant divine virtues. You are the embodiment of Satchidananda (Truth-Consciousness-Bliss) and the bestower of the path to liberation.
अर्थ: आप शांति रूपी अमृत की वर्षा करने वाली और तीनों तापों (दैहिक, दैविक, भौतिक) को शांत करने वाली हैं। आप अनादि ब्रह्म स्वरूपिणी हैं और मोक्ष रूपी फल को फैलाने वाली हैं।
You shower the nectar of peace and alleviate the three types of suffering (physical, divine, material). You are the form of the eternal Brahman and spread the fruit of salvation.
अर्थ: आप ज्ञान रूपी गंगाजल को धारण करने वाली, पापों और संतापों को दूर करने वाली हैं। आप श्रद्धा और भक्ति प्रदान करने वाली और भवसागर से पार उतारने वाली हैं।
You carry the waters of the Ganga of knowledge, removing sins and sorrows. You grant faith and devotion and help us cross the ocean of worldly existence.
अर्थ: जो कोई भी श्रद्धा और प्रेम सहित आपकी आरती करता है, उसका मन पवित्र हो जाता है और वह परम गति को प्राप्त करता है।
Whoever performs your Aarti with faith and love, their mind becomes pure, and they attain the supreme state.
अर्थ: हे भगवद् गीता, आपकी जय हो, आपकी जय हो! आप भगवान हरि के हृदय कमल में विहार करने वाली, अत्यंत सुंदर और पवित्र हैं।
