जय गोरख देवा, जय गोरख देवा। कर कृपा मम ऊपर, नित्य करूँ सेवा॥
शीश जटा अति सुंदर, भाल चन्द्र सोहे। कानन कुंडल झलकत, निरखत मन मोहे॥
गल सेली विच नाग सुशोभित, तन भस्मी धारी। आदि पुरुष योगीश्वर, संतन हितकारी॥
नाथ निरंजन आप ही, घट घट के वासी। करत कृपा निज जन पर, मेटत यम फांसी॥
अगम अगोचर आप हो, सब जग के स्वामी। काटो कष्ट हमारे, अंतर्यामी॥
माया मोह से दूर हो, वैरागी कहलाए। अलख निरंजन नाम जपे, भवसागर तर जाए॥
सिद्ध चौरासी आप ही, नव नाथों के नाथ। दया करो हे गोरख, सब पर धर हाथ॥
गुरु गोरख नाथ की आरती, निशदिन जो गावे। विनवित बाल त्रिलोकी, मुक्ति फल पावे॥

अर्थ: हे गोरख देव, आपकी जय हो, आपकी जय हो! मुझ पर कृपा कीजिए, मैं नित्य आपकी सेवा करता रहूँ।
Hail Gorakh Deva, Hail Gorakh Deva! Bestow your grace upon me, that I may serve you eternally.
अर्थ: आपके शीश पर अत्यंत सुंदर जटाएँ हैं, मस्तक पर चंद्रमा सुशोभित है। कानों में कुंडल झिलमिला रहे हैं, जिन्हें देखकर मन मोहित हो जाता है।
Your matted locks are exceedingly beautiful, and the moon adorns your forehead. Earrings gleam in your ears, captivating the mind upon sight.
अर्थ: आपके गले में सेली (योगियों की माला) के बीच नाग सुशोभित है, और आपने शरीर पर भस्म धारण की हुई है। आप आदि पुरुष, योगियों के ईश्वर और संतों के हितकारी हैं।
A serpent gracefully adorns the 'seli' (yogic necklace) around your neck, and your body is smeared with sacred ash. You are the primordial being, the Lord of Yogis, and the benefactor of saints.
अर्थ: हे नाथ, आप ही निरंजन (निर्मल) हैं, और कण-कण में निवास करने वाले हैं। आप अपने भक्तों पर कृपा करते हैं और यम के बंधन को काट देते हैं।
O Lord, you are the pure and unblemished one, dwelling in every atom. You bestow grace upon your devotees, severing the noose of Yama (death).
अर्थ: आप अगम्य और अगोचर (पहुँच से परे और अदृश्य) हैं, संपूर्ण जगत के स्वामी हैं। हे अंतर्यामी, हमारे कष्टों को दूर कीजिए।
You are inaccessible and imperceptible, the Lord of the entire universe. O indwelling spirit, remove our sufferings.
अर्थ: आप माया और मोह से दूर होकर वैरागी कहलाते हैं। जो आपके 'अलख निरंजन' नाम का जप करता है, वह भवसागर से पार हो जाता है।
Detached from illusion and attachment, you are known as the renunciate. One who chants your name 'Alakh Niranjan' (the invisible, pure one) crosses the ocean of worldly existence.
अर्थ: आप ही चौरासी सिद्धों के स्वरूप हैं, और नव नाथों के भी नाथ हैं। हे गोरख, सब पर हाथ रखकर दया कीजिए।
You embody the eighty-four Siddhas, and you are the Lord of the nine Nathas. O Gorakh, extend your hand and show mercy to all.
अर्थ: जो कोई गुरु गोरखनाथ की इस आरती को दिन-रात गाता है, त्रिलोकी बालक (भक्त) विनय करता है कि वह मुक्ति का फल प्राप्त करे।
